As the team at Weybridge Dental Practice focuses on complex cases, we’re dedicated to post graduate education. With a commitment to continuous professional development, our collective knowledge ensures that our clinical service to patients is exemplary.

Disseminating knowledge is key to the practice too, with our team being involved in post graduate teaching and mentoring for other dentists.

Michael Lee

Practice Principal

Michael was born in Sydney, Australia and graduated from Sydney University in 1980 with a BDS and a Master’s degree in Restorative Dentistry from University College London.

His special interests in dentistry include hard and soft tissue lasers, fixed, functional & removable orthodontics, microscope dentistry and full mouth rehabilitation.

He is a professional member of the General Dental Council (no. 56384)

Michael enjoys playing guitar, trail-running, and skiing and is a qualified BASI ski instructor, having taught in various countries throughout Europe & Australia.

I graduated from King’s College London in 2016 and went on to complete foundation training in the Kent, Surrey, and Sussex deanery. I have spent 3 years as a senior house officer in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and trained in implant dentistry at the prestigious Eastman Dental Institute.

Michael enjoys playing guitar, trail-running, and skiing and is a qualified BASI ski instructor, having taught in various countries throughout Europe & Australia.

I work in central London and Surrey providing general dentistry, implant dentistry and facial aesthetics to patients. I am bubbly and approachable dentist who enjoys forming an excellent rapport with patients and working with them to achieve their desired treatment outcomes. I have experience in treating anxious patients and always works with patients on an individual basis to provide a bespoke dental experience.

Aside from dentistry, I am a passionate foodie and I love to explore new cuisines as well as develop lots of exciting recipes! I love to travel and discover hidden gems. I have a great eye for detail, enjoy art and interior design!

My name is Thelma.

I am a dental nurse at Weybridge Dental Practice. I am a friendly, good-nature, and driven member of the team, and I am flourishing in my new chosen career working within the dentistry. I am also handling the management of Weybridge dental Academy.

Having spent my entire career working in dentistry, I am originally a qualified Dentist from Karachi Medical and Dental College, Karachi, Pakistan in 2009, and specializing in Community and Preventive Dentistry in 2022. Besides this, I have done certificate in Health professional Education and had teaching experience in a top dental college of Karachi for the past 11 years. For the last 8 years I was working in the Department of Community and Preventive dentistry as a Senior lecturer. During that time I organized a lot of free dental camps and awareness campaigns that led me to change my career direction towards Public Health with a strong desire to keep up to date with advancement in the field of Public Health. I decided to undertake Public Health degree at London Metropolitan University, giving myself the skills to address the public health problem and issues.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting involved in Church ministry especially kids’ ministry and I am active supporting and lead role in Sunday School.

I joined Weybridge Dental Practice in September 2022. Before all things dental, I used to work in bank in my hometown.

I don’t want to work in bank anymore so I search online a whole week to look for any opportunities. Then I find dental nurse course advertisement and ask one of my friend also working as a dental nurse in my hometown. After all the research and discussing with the friend, I changed my mind to become a trainee dental nurse.

I enjoyed the subject of biology when I was at school and was curious with the anatomy, physiology and function of the mouth and teeth.
I feel I had already learned a lot. I work alongside several of our clinicians and values that can learn from everybody else in the team. I feel fully supported by the whole team and that everybody willing to teach me.
